Gaia Retreat and Eco Hostel is located in northern Portugal just 1 km from the ancient Camino de Santiago route near Rubiaes, Paredes de Coura. Set in 1 hectare of oak and cork oak forest with views of the hills. Two charming wooden cabins for solo, couple, or small group retreats. Offers nature immersion, creative retreats, recovery from stress or burnout, and safe space for personal transitions. Hosts offer vegetarian home-cooked meals and creative art therapy sessions. IMPORTANT: As of 2026 season they are NOT taking bookings for summer 2026 while they restructure. Will return with renewed focus on hospitality, events hosting and workshop facilitation.
