The Rest in Nature Retreat is more than just a pause: it is an inner journey. It is a sacred space near Ericeira, created to welcome you gently, to silence the noise of the world, and to gently nourish your body, mind, and emotions. During five days of conscious pause, you will be guided on a path of deep listening and reconnection, where every moment is an invitation to surrender, silence, and fully live the present. Throughout the retreat, you will take part in Therapeutic Walks -- meditative journeys in communion with nature, where each step invites presence. Daily therapeutic practices will be offered, carefully designed to awaken your vital energy and harmonize your inner balance.
