The Tantra for Couples Retreat by Pola Vida is a 5-day (4-night) immersive experience held at The Sanctuary in Moncarapacho/Olhao, Algarve. Designed exclusively for couples, the retreat explores the art of conscious touch and sacred sexuality. The program includes tantric meditations, energetic rituals, conscious touch and tantric massage elements, individual tantric practices, breathwork, and conscious lovemaking practices. Maximum 8 couples. Facilitated by Pola Vida, a Tantra and Shamanism practitioner with over 15 years of experience.

Programme quotidien
Daily sessions from 10am to 7pm with a 2.5-hour lunch break. Breakfast at 9am, dinner by 8pm. Day 1 starts 11am, last day ends 4pm. Sessions include tantric meditation, partner practices, conscious touch exploration, breathwork, and sharing circles.
