The Wellness Stay at Moinhos Velhos is a flexible, lightly structured Algarve escape for guests who want the atmosphere of a retreat centre without joining a full programme. Set in a secluded valley beside Barragem da Bravura, about 15 minutes from Lagos, the stay includes simple private ensuite accommodation or a cabin, daily breakfast, access to the saltwater pool, sauna and gardens, and use of the yoga temple when it is not in session. Guests can rest, walk to the reservoir, explore nearby beaches and villages, or add optional yoga, meditation or therapies when available.
