À propos de cette retraite
Digital-free residency retreat • Tábua, Portugal OFFLINE RESIDENCY A two-night offline residency for people who want to step away from screens, noise and constant stimulation — and spend a weekend doing things that feel real. For three days, phones and computers are put away. Instead, we move, breathe, eat together, walk through nature, work with our hands, spend time in the vegetable garden, create, talk, sit in silence and look at the stars. There is no pressure to achieve anything. The idea is simple: less scrolling, more living. THE EXPERIENCE DISCONNECT Three days without phones, computers, social media, emails or work. TOUCH THE EARTH Spend time in the vegetable garden and growing spaces. Plant, harvest, water, compost or simply get your hands into the soil. What we do depends on the season and what the garden needs. MOVE Our practices change throughout the residency. They may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, intuitive movement, dancing or something entirely different. CREATE Art, journaling and simple creative practices — without worrying about whether you're “good” at them. GO OUTSIDE Hike and walk through the surrounding countryside, breathe fresh air and spend time immersed in nature. DO NOTHING Read. Sleep. Sit by the pool. Use the sauna. Go to the gym. Garden. Journal. Watch the trees. Have a conversation. Or simply do nothing. BE QUIET Each evening ends with a period of silence that continues until the following morning. LOOK UP Spend evenings outside, weather permitting, enjoying the darkness, the quiet and the stars.

Times and activities may change depending on the weather, the season, the needs of the group and what feels right in the moment. Some practices are intentionally left open. A morning or night practice might become yoga, meditation, breathwork, movement, dancing, reflection, silence or simply time together. The purpose isn't to fit more into the weekend. It's to create space for less.
