Sobre este Retiro
Breathwork with Kikz Katika is a hosted retreat at Vale de Moses, a remote retreat centre in the forested mountain valleys of Central Portugal near Oleiros. The official event page lists the retreat for June 15-20, 2026 and describes Kikz as an experienced movement and breathwork practitioner and dance choreographer. Her work is presented as a space for exploring breath, conversation, movement, voice and sound, while deepening connection with self, others and the natural world. Vale de Moses adds a rustic forest setting with stone cottages, nature, nourishing food and retreat facilities.
