Breathwork with Kikz Katika is a hosted retreat at Vale de Moses, a remote retreat centre in the forested mountain valleys of Central Portugal near Oleiros. Vale de Moses is a remote family-run retreat nestled in the forested mountain valleys of Central Portugal, in the municipality of Oleiros, Castelo Branco district. Since 2008, they have been restoring four Xisto stone houses and hosting yoga and wellness retreats.
