During five days of conscious pause, you will be guided on a path of deep listening and reconnection, where every moment is an invitation to surrender, silence, and fully live the present. Throughout the retreat, you will take part in Therapeutic Walks -- meditative journeys in communion with nature, where each step invites presence. Daily therapeutic practices will be offered, carefully designed to awaken your vital energy and harmonize your inner balance.
