Gaia Retreat and Eco Hostel is located in beautiful northern Portugal, just 1 km from the ancient Camino De Santiago route, close to Rubiaes. Guests stay in charming wooden cabins nestled in oak forest with views of the hills of Paredes de Coura. The retreat offers nature immersion with hiking, excursions to Peneda Geres National Park, surfing trips to the coast with beginner lessons, river swimming and paddle boarding, guided forest meditation walks, foraging walks, Camino walks, and Roman thermal pool visits. NOTE: Gaia Retreat is not taking bookings for summer 2026.
