The Wellness Stay at Moinhos Velhos is a flexible, lightly structured Algarve escape for guests who want the atmosphere of a retreat centre without joining a full programme. Set in a secluded valley beside Barragem da Bravura, about 15 minutes from Lagos, the stay includes simple private ensuite accommodation or a cabin, daily breakfast, access to the saltwater pool, sauna and gardens, and use of the yoga temple when it is not in session.
