Sound Healing Porto

A 2+ hour individual VIP session combining Tao massage with sound healing. Three parts: intention setting and warm-up, clothed Tao massage that gently activates energy flow, and a sound healing session with Tibetan and crystal bowls, handpan, gong and other sacred instruments. Herbal tea with honey included.

Individual 1.5-hour session in Porto city center consisting of intention setting, nails standing practice (optional), and a 1-hour sound healing session with Tibetan and crystal bowls, handpan, gong, shamanic drum and other authentic instruments. Ends with herbal tea and honey.

Sound Healing Porto offers group and individual sound healing sessions at OM-Academy in Foz do Porto. Each group session lasts 2.5-3 hours and consists of three parts: intention setting with dance meditation, a 1-hour sound healing immersion with Tibetan bowls, gong, handpan, shamanic drum and other instruments, followed by herbal tea with honey sharing.
