These rules apply to bookings made on the platform. The tier you pick at checkout governs refunds, together with any mandatory consumer rights.

Standard

Default

Included (no extra cost).

  • 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days before start.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before start.
  • 25% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before start.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before start (includes <24h).

Flex 14 (Insurance Tier A)

Recommended flexibility

Fee: 7% of subtotal (min €15), non-refundable.

  • 100% refund of booking value if cancelled more than 14 days before start. Insurance fee is non-refundable.
  • 50% refund of booking value if cancelled 7–14 days before start. Insurance fee is non-refundable.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before start (includes <24h).
  • No refund within 24 hours before start (hard rule).

Flex 24h (Insurance Tier B)

Maximum flexibility

Fee: 12% of subtotal (min €25), non-refundable.

  • 100% refund of booking value up to 24 hours before start. Insurance fee is non-refundable.
  • No refund within 24 hours before start (hard rule).

Important notes

  • Insurance fees are never refundable. Refunds apply only to the booking value according to the selected tier.
  • If mandatory consumer law grants a better outcome, that law prevails.
  • If a provider is at fault (e.g., cancels, misrepresents, or creates safety issues), the platform may assist with refunds and may set off amounts against the provider’s payouts.
